DISTAFF
Kind of pointless to pick a longshot here as I feel SIGHTSEEK is pretty much unbeatable today. The only two I see that could take advantage of something going awry with Frankel's girl are TAKE CHARGE LADY and GOT KOKO. The value play will be Prado and TAKE CHARGE LADY.
JUVENILE FILLIES
I lost a few bucks on ASHADO in the Frizette but I'm not ready to give up on her yet. She really didn't run a bad race in her first try routing and was 3-1 vs. SOCIETY SELECTION & VICTORY USA. Getting the monstrous odds we get with her today makes ASHADO my longshot of the day.
MILE
I hate the post, but if PERFECT SOUL can overcome it he could surprise for Santos. The pace will definitely be there with SPECIAL RING trying to get away from PEACE RULES.
SPRINT
The only thing keeping me from backing MIDAS EYES is his lack of a Gr 1 victory. VALID VIDEO, however, does have one and under Joe Bravo no less. Now he gets Prado who is 2 for 2 with him - would love to get 8-1 or better here.
FILLY & MARE TURF
My pick to win this race, longshot or not, is VOODOO DANCER. Lucky for me she will be going off at delicious longshot odds. Her only two tries on the SA turf were 2nds to GOLDEN APPLES and TATES CREEK. This is her preferred distance and I just can't see the closers getting there as I'm not sold on BIEN NICOLE's ability to set the necessary fractions. On a side note - if BIEN NICOLE is ready for her best, she could steal this one as lone speed.

Sure looks to me like a lot of crap in here. I like CHAPEL ROYAL, but he will probably be bet down on his Beyers. This leaves the value play as MINISTER ERIC. Gimme Mandella & Solis at 8-1 any day of the week and twice on Cup Day.

As I just finished typing - Gimme Mandella & Solis at 8-1 any day of the week. How can I not include JOHAR?
CLASSIC
When I look at this race the first thing I look for is performances in Gr. 1 events. I'll throw out any horse that hasn't won one. Then I look at results for the distance. While doing that initial scan I noticed EVENING ATTIRE has won more races at 1 1/4 than anything in here. If you throw out the Gold Cup debacle Attire has the look of a strong play against these. You know the pace will be strong - I see EVENING ATTIRE flying late.
